Country Ham Biscuits
The reason we started this business. For years, Callie’s clients begged her to sell the biscuits outside of her catered parties, only now has Callie let this delicious secret out of the bag.
Ham Biscuits are big in the south, but Callie’s are distinctively different! The combination of the Virginia Artisanal Country Ham (finely chopped so you don’t have a mouthful of ham hanging out when you take a bite!), Dijon mustard butter, and the finest Southern Flour is the beginning, but you have to taste the finished product to find out the real reason they are a Charleston favorite—pure mouth-watering pleasure! Country ham is cured in salt~so this is for our savory palates!
Our biscuits arrive fully cooked and frozen. It’s so convenient – all you do is reheat and serve.
1 dozen = approx 20 ounces (1.6 ounces per biscuit)
SERVING SIZE - 2 dozen serves 8-10 people; 4 dozen serves 16-20 people.
Heating Instructions
- Keep Frozen Until Use
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unwrap package and remove biscuits from plastic wrap.
- Let thaw. (It’s easiest to thaw overnight in refrigerator)
- Unstack and wrap completely in aluminum foil.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
- Open foil for the last 3-5 minutes of baking or until golden brown.
