Our country ham biscuits are the reason we started this business. For years, my mother Callie’s catering clients begged her to sell the biscuits to them. She knew that they froze beautifully but it just took a little coaxing for her to let the secret recipe go nationwide.

Callie’s country ham biscuits aren’t your average ham biscuit. Ham biscuits are big in the South and you’d be hard pressed to not find them at every traditional Charleston affair, but Callie’s are distinctively different! We use finely chopped artisanal Virginia Country Ham (so you have an easy to eat biscuit with ham in every bite), Dijon mustard butter and our signature cheese and chive biscuit. Please remember country ham is cured in salt and meant to be salty.

Our country ham biscuits are the perfect cocktail hors d’oeuvre – complementing champagne and spiced pecans. They also shine at breakfast along with eggs and grits.

Serving SizesServing Size– 2 dozen serves 8-10 people; 4 dozen serves 16-20 people.

One dozen biscuits weighs approximately 20 ounces (1.6 ounces per biscuit)

Our biscuits arrive fully cooked and frozen - simply reheat and serve.

  • Keep Frozen Until Use
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Unwrap package and remove biscuits from plastic wrap.
    3. Let thaw just enough to break apart. (It’s easiest to thaw overnight in refrigerator)
    4. Unstack and wrap completely in aluminum foil.
    5. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
    6. Open foil for the last 3-5 minutes of baking or until golden brown.
