Our cheese and chive biscuits combine the finest sharp cheddar cheese and fresh chives to create a biscuit that truly smells as amazing as it tastes. Move over apple pie, we know quite a few real estate agents that reheat our biscuits at house showings and plenty of people who pass these biscuits off as their own. The cheese biscuits are our number one seller for gifting – who can resist cheese.

These cheese biscuits shine alone or filled with petite fried chicken and aioli or chicken or shrimp salad for tailgates or tea parties. They also make a wonderfully petite sausage biscuit and if you’ve seen our NBC Today Show appearance – a vehicle for our 498 Meeting Street Crab Dip (visit my blog for the recipe).

Our biscuits arrive fully cooked and frozen - simply reheat and serve.

  • Keep Frozen Until Use
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Unwrap package and remove biscuits from plastic wrap.
    3. Let thaw just enough to break apart. (It’s easiest to thaw overnight in refrigerator)
    4. Unstack and wrap completely in aluminum foil.
    5. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
    6. Open foil for the last 3-5 minutes of baking or until golden brown.
