Buttermilk Biscuits
The basic— you actually could eat these everyday. Keep plenty on hand for everyday consumption.
My brothers love them days after; split in half, re-buttered, toasted for an extra crunch, and oozing with warm melted butter! But, eat them however you like and with whatever you crave.
Our biscuits arrive fully cooked and frozen. It’s so convenient – all you do is reheat and serve.
1 dozen = approx 14 ounces (1 ounce per biscuit)
SERVING SIZE - 2 dozen serves 8-10 people; 4 dozen serves 16-20 people.
Heating Instructions
- Keep Frozen Until Use
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unwrap package and remove biscuits from plastic wrap.
- Let thaw. (It’s easiest to thaw overnight in refrigerator)
- Unstack and wrap completely in aluminum foil.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes
- Open foil for the last 3-5 minutes of baking or until golden brown.
