Ted, sorry your biscuits didn’t rise! it’s quite a process the art of biscuit making… we would only use self rising flour—I don’t know the measurements with all purpose flour. We can make it very easy for you… just order our biscuits they are fully cooked and frozen and last in your freezer 6 + months! Happy Holidays!

Hi, my son is in your daughter’s class. We got to taste your yummy mac and cheese at the family dinner at school. I was hoping you could share the recipe. I have a friend who is going through intense chemotherapy for stage 3 breast cancer. Her friends are preparing meals for her family three times and week. My turn comes up at the end of Dec. She has requested good old southern comfort food. I thought your recipe for mac and cheese would fit the bill. Thanks.

my biscuits did not rise either and, when it was too late, i realized that i had used all purpose flour instead of self-rising flour. i think it would have been a good idea to note in the recipe that if you used all purpose flour you need to add baking powder.

Got recipe from Today show. Followed it. Biscuits did not rise, were gooey in the middle, and basically a complete flop. Great taste but I couldn’t serve them. Help!
