With three girls under the age of 4, a thriving biscuit business (and now a blog), I am always in a pinch for time!
Pinched to get the biscuits shipped, pinched to get to my spinning class, pinched to cook dinner for my family…the list goes on and on. One thing, I don’t like to see “pinched” is my family and friends time.
Look for my blog beginning soon – I’ll share realistic tips on how I spend time with my children, manage to get supper on the table, entertain, and do so without a fleet of nannies. Look for family recipes ranging from Southern to Southwestern and other musings every month.

I am 67 yrs old. and these are the best biscuits I have ever made. I missed MS show on Wed. I first saw Callie on ETv about aweek ago. I made 4 receipes to take to a baby shower, None were left.
I would like to have the receipe using the 5 lb. of White Lily flour – we hve 28 people for family dinners. I started watching in the middle of the show. I tried to figure out the weight watcher point and came up with 3 point per medium biscuits. These biscuits are well worth the points. Very good biscuits!!!!!!!!!!!!!
